How a Sandverse Party Works

Here’s what to expect when you celebrate with us:

1. Choose your party package
Select the Stardust, or Universe party option.

2. Pick your preferred date and time
Weekend slots fill quickly — early booking recommended!

3. Complete your booking + waiver
This speeds up your check-in and setup.

4. Arrive 15–20 minutes early
Bring food, cake, and decorations (if permitted). Our host will guide you.

5. Playtime begins!
Kids dig, build, play, and explore with friends in the sandbox.

6. Celebrate in the private party room
Food, photos, cake, and smiles all around.

7. We handle cleanup
You leave with happy kids and zero mess.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Flexible Plans for Peace of Mind

  • Reschedule: Parties can be rescheduled up to 15 days before the scheduled date. New date subject to availability.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 21 days or more in advance: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.

    • Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance: Deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-Show Policy: If a party is not canceled or rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited.
