Cleanliness & Sanitation Standards

All areas of our facility are regularly cleaned and sanitized using child-safe, non-toxic products to ensure the space remains fresh, safe, and ready for continuous play at all times.

Incident Response Protocol

Our trained staff is prepared to respond to any incident promptly and discreetly, minimizing disruption to other families while addressing the situation with care and professionalism.

When an incident occurs:

• Staff will respond immediately and assess the affected area

• The affected area will be cleaned and sanitized as quickly as possible

• Play may resume once the area has been cleared as safe

Family Acknowledgment

We kindly ask all families to notify a team member if their child is feeling unwell during their visit. While we understand that minor accidents are a natural part of play, early communication helps us respond faster and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
