Each child admission includes entry for up to 2 adults at no extra charge. Additional adults beyond that will be charged at the regular in-person adult admission price when they arrive.
The Explorer Punch Card is valid on regular open-play days. During private parties, ticketed events (like Dino Discovery Day), or other special programming, the sandbox may not be available for general admission. We'll always announce event dates in advance on our website and social media so you can plan ahead.
We do our best to keep things comfortable and safe inside the sandbox, which means we occasionally ask families to wait a few minutes during our busiest times. If that happens, we'll add you to a short waitlist and get you in as soon as a spot opens up — usually just a few minutes. Your punch is only used once you're checked in, never while you wait.
