Dress as your favourite hero, villain, or Halloween character. Please note: costumes with glitter, loose sequins, or detachable accessories are not permitted in the sandbox — they contaminate the sand for all the little explorers that follow.

Questions? We've Got You.

Absolutely — costumes are highly encouraged! Dress as Spider-Man, any superhero, a Halloween character, or whatever your little one loves. The sandbox is a no-shoes zone, so costume shoes will need to come off before play. Please note: costumes with glitter, loose sequins, or detachable accessories are not permitted in the sandbox — they contaminate the sand for all the little explorers that follow.
Yes! Your $25 ticket covers both the Spider-Man character experience and a full open play session in the sandbox. No hidden fees, no add-ons — it's all included.
Each session runs 2 hours with a clear schedule. For Slot 1 (9–11 AM): open play runs 9–10 AM, then Spider-Man joins at 10 AM for the final hour. For Slot 2 (11 AM–1 PM): Spider-Man is there from the start at 11 AM through 12 PM, followed by open play until 1 PM. Arrive on time so you don't miss a minute with Spidey!
Two adults are included free with each registered child. Any additional adults beyond two will be charged the regular in-person admission price. The $25 is per child — additional siblings each require their own ticket.
All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. If you have a concern or a scheduling conflict, please reach out to us at contact@sandverseplayspace.com and we'll do our best to help.
