Members can visit Sandverse as many times as they like — any day we're open for open play. There's no daily cap and no limit on how often you come. Just show up, play, and enjoy!
Our membership is a Summer program running June through August. Your membership begins on the date you sign up and renews monthly through the end of August. After the summer season, memberships will not auto-renew — so there's no need to cancel at the end of the season. Members who join early in the summer will start enjoying benefits right away and get the most out of every month.
Absolutely! Your membership covers unlimited play any day we're open — including weekends. Our hours are Monday–Sunday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Occasionally, we close all or part of the space for private events like birthday parties, field trips, or group bookings. These closures are rare, but when they happen, we'll notify all members via email and social media at least 48 hours in advance so you can plan your visit on a different day. We appreciate your flexibility — private events help keep Sandverse running for everyone!
Yes! Active members receive 10% off all Sandverse ticketed events and 10% off private party bookings. So whether you're joining us for a themed play event or planning your child's birthday, your membership saves you money on top of your unlimited play access.
Yes — every membership includes free access for up to 2 adults. You'll also enjoy access to our cozy parent lounge with free WiFi, fresh coffee, and a full view of the play space so you can relax while the kids explore.
Our sibling pricing applies when all children are enrolled together at the time of sign-up. If you'd like to add a sibling at a later date, they would need to be added under a separate Solo Explorer membership ($49/month). To take advantage of our sibling discount, we recommend enrolling all children at the same time!
These memberships are designed for siblings only. To qualify, all children enrolled under these plans must be siblings. They cannot be used to add unrelated children to a membership.
You can cancel your membership at any time — there are no long-term contracts. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. If you need to pause your membership for a stretch (vacation, schedule change), just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Every visit includes full access to the sand play area, all toys and digging tools, sensory play stations, and the parent lounge. No extra fees, no add-ons — everything is included with your membership.

A Note About Events & Occasional Closures

We host occasional private events — including birthday parties, school field trips, and group bookings — that may result in a full or partial closure during normally scheduled open play hours. These closures are rare, but they do happen, and we want you to know upfront.

When a closure is planned, we'll notify members via email and social media at least 48 hours in advance so you can plan your visit accordingly. We genuinely appreciate your understanding — private events help keep Sandverse running so we can keep the doors open for everyone.

On the flip side, members receive 10% off all Sandverse events and private party bookings — so when we throw a themed play event or you're planning your child's next birthday, your membership works in your favor. 🎉
